First published in 1968, it was
written on a single tablet. Only the beginning and end have
been preserved, however. It dates to the Middle Babylonian
period, but may be a copy of a much earlier Akkadian original.
The hero is Atra-hasis and what is available of the tablet
seems to be like the Atra-hasis Epic.
